The January 2023 Ottawa Real Estate Board Stats are out!
Market Snapshot: New year, new market as we see a slowdown in the number of sales for January and a decrease in the average sale price over January of 2022. We did however see an increase of 3% in the average sale price of a residential home from January over December.
